Makita customer service e-mail address. Where to find?

Who knows where to find the email address of Makita customer service?
I can't find it, I spent several hours trying to find e-mail address and did not find it at all. I just want to ask them a few things about cordless drill Makita BDF452HW. It is so easy to put e-mail address to your site, but they think that it is not necessary.

    by searching for "sales support" instead of "customer support"

    They seem to prefer "sales" over "customers" we may be old fashioned...
